Following an initial introductory meeting we begin with a full-day Planning Session with the owners and managers of your business to:

  • Identify what your business and personal goals are and those of each key owner within the business

  • Identify the opportunities that are there to be fulfilled

  • Work on a strategic action plan for the business and set up an agenda for the ongoing review process

  • Work with you to develop a marketing plan

  • Work with you on financial models for the business

  • Work with you to define Key Performance Indicators for each part of the business

  • Assist you to manage your own time to provide strategic direction and leadership

  • Explore exit strategies and maximise the company’s value for a potential sale
